About me

Driven by a lifelong passion for problem-solving, my career naturally evolved from graphic design into crafting exceptional user experiences. With over 14 years of industry experience, my strengths lie in partnering with multidisciplinary teams, designing and delivering on end to end product design.

For the past two and a half years, I've led product design for SwiftKey, one of the world's leading AI-powered keyboards. Our team has been pioneering the integration of AI-driven language models and backend content generators to anticipate user needs, since the conception of the keyboard - delivering intuitive and intelligent features at scale. My design philosophy is rooted in translating complex AI capabilities into simple, functional, and truly meaningful user experiences.

I've learned from incredible mentors who instilled in me a deep appreciation for curious, collaborative, and user-obsessed teams. This has shaped my approach, enabling seamless integration with diverse groups throughout the entire design lifecycle.

I’m a multidisciplinary product designer with varied experience from product ideation, conception, development and design to more finite tasks of identifying and resolving existing usability issues.

I’m London born and bred but have had stints of living in Japan and Indonesia for both study and work.

Travel is a huge passion of mine, not only to quench my thirst for adventure and extreme sports, but being open to new experiences and learning from different people, places and cultures is what inspires and informs my design.

I am proud to say that at the SwiftKey group within Microsoft I am an Innovation Week Commando, helping to organise our Bi-annual Hackathon. Getting involved and working with others really inspires and motivates me.
